The Kiribati Seventh-Day Adventist Mission has unveiled its staffing appointments for 2025, with key changes affecting several prominent churches in the region.

Among the new postings, Kauaba Nabura will take over pastoral duties at the Korobu Church in Tarawa, succeeding Pastor Titau Tavita. Recent Theology graduate Bays Kabwata, from Fulton, has been assigned to serve at Bonriki Church, while fellow graduates Taaua and Kaetieti will take on roles at Betio Church and Poland Church in Kiritimati, respectively.

In a significant move, Taeuea Torere has been transferred from Butaritari to Tabiteuea Meang Church, where he will replace former minister Bakarereua. Bakarereua has been assigned to Kauma Adventist High School, where he will serve as the institution’s new Chaplain.

In staff changes at the school, Mrs. Totaake Tarangkoa, who previously ministered at Poland Church in Kiritimati, will now join Kauma Adventist High School as the new Dean for girls.

Other workers in the Mission will remain in their current positions.
