Situation:  The inter-tropical convergence zone lies east to northeast affecting some part of Northern islands gruop . Meanwhile a trough of low pressure remains force lies south affecting some parts of the Phoenix group.

Gentle to moderate easterly to north- easterly winds of 06-16kt. Fresh at times over Washington and Fanning.
