Adventist Church Management System (ACMS) introduced to Kiribati March 2, 2025

A training workshop was held today at the Kiribati SDA Mission to introduce the new Adventist Church Management System (ACMS), which has now been rolled out across the Pacific.

The training, led by Pastor Adrian, was attended by more than 20 participants, including church ministers, clerks, and other church leaders. Pastor Adrian explained that the ACMS replaces the traditional hand-written record books, offering a more efficient way to manage church operations.

Designed to streamline church administration, the system allows pastors and clerks to easily manage key data such as membership records, transfers, and baptisms. Pastor Adrian emphasized how the ACMS will reduce administrative burdens, improve efficiency, and enable church leaders to access accurate, up-to-date information with just a few clicks.

Participants expressed enthusiasm about the system’s ability to save time and reduce errors in record-keeping. The ACMS has already been in use in Australia and New Zealand for the past four years, and it is now being expanded to other missions across the Pacific, with further adoption planned.

Church leaders are optimistic that this digital system will enhance the management of church data, improving ministry and outreach efforts. The new platform represents a significant step forward in modernizing church operations and improving service to congregations both in the Pacific region and worldwide.
